Liam CloggerManaging Director

Liam is GroupWhistle’s Managing Director. He is in charge of leading the agency’s service delivery and business development.

A seasoned communications professional with a deep interest in exponential technologies, Liam has previously served as Head of Communications at Williams Grand Prix Engineering and has also led two investor-backed digital start-ups. He is an occasional executive education lecturer at the Saïd Business School in Oxford and the Møller Institute at Churchill College, University of Cambridge.

Liam earned a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from the London School of Economics after a first honours degree from the University of Exeter.

Lindsey is GroupWhistle’s Operations Director and one of the company’s founding partners.

With a depth of technology-focused experience in the automotive, engineering and financial services industries, Lindsey is responsible for group financial leadership, talent and recruitment, and operations.

Prior to founding the first Whistle Group company, Lindsey represented Prodrive, the Volvo Group and Fast Track in a variety of roles. She is an economics graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London.

Mark is GroupWhistle Creative Director, a company Board member and founding partner of Whistle Agency.

As the group’s creative head, Mark manages a team responsible for branding, visual identity, web development and design, as well as filming and audio-visual production.

With experience of developing stand-out visual identities for companies involved in technologies as diverse as graphene engineering to nuclear fusion, natural language AI and autonomous vehicles, Mark is also a SaaS entrepreneur with a portfolio of software interests in sports and leisure, and life sciences.

Jonathan is a seasoned journalist who started his career at Haymarket Publishing.  After reporting on all forms of motorsport, culminating with the FIA World Rally Championship, he made the transition to public relations and communications two decades ago. He has spent six years as a consultant to Vienna-based Allsport Promotion, a global leader in commercial consultancy, talent management and brand communications.

Jonathan is a founding partner of GroupWhistle and is the company’s Editorial Director.

A business studies graduate of Brunel University, Steve entered corporate life with BP before developing a varied capability in the media, producing live television and acting as editor for a series of international news websites before co-founding his own PR Agency in 2012.

Steve currently practises as a consultant to a European marketing agency and holds a leadership position in a second marketing services agency which he helped to launch in 2016.

Steve is a company founder and GroupWhistle’s Client Services Director.

James is a GroupWhistle Non-Executive Director and is responsible for guiding the company’s Board in all aspects of business strategy, finance and operations. Formerly the CEO of JJ Marketing, where he directed more than 30 years of successful growth, he retired following a highly successful exit sale to Gravity Global in 2019.
